Island Adventure Re-Write--Please Join in :)

Island Adventure has always been my favorite Super Special despite it's many improbabilities and the fact that IMO it was wrapped up way too easily ( ::)Claudia just happened to find a big enough, yet manageable for her and the others to carry) piece of a mirror and quickly! As I posted in the "Super Special" thread, while I don't like to wish harm on anyone, even fictional BSC friends, I truly do feel the story would have been a lot better if it had lasted even one more day. A few days could have truly resulted in our getting to read chapters by the stranded Charges their Parents, and hear what exactly the Community Center (Community at large even) was doing to aid the search.

I have Yahoo Messenger (I believe it can support MSN and possibly also AOL) it'd be great to set up a chat time for amnyone interested to come together. :) Any/all ideas/suggestions most welcome. Let me know and perhaps after the Holidays we can get started on this.

From my Timeline creation, the book took place during The BSC's 3rd year of 8th Grade. My complete guess it the story may have occurred over the Columbus Day weekend.

Starts: Starts on a Friday, 9/29/89

Ends: Ends 15 days later Friday, 10/13/89

Year of 8th grade: 3

I have the specifics but they just don't post well on here due to being in Word Table Format. We can talk about that later.

It'll need as many different takes/ideas as possible to brainstorm and generate working draft...idea and of course later on beta-readers, cheerleaders...you get the idea.

Hi all, looking for a Harry Potter Marauders-era fic from a couple of years ago. It's fuzzy, but I remember that Sirius had a doll of Remus (it may have been some other type of stuffed animal that Sirius transfigured to look like Remus). I think it takes place during the Shrieking Shack incident- Remus is refusing to talk to Sirius, so Sirius talks to his "Moony" doll, so as to not feel so lonely. Eventually, he's found out and they two of them make up.

This is a weekly drabble challenge community for gen fanfiction. You can have a relationship there, but it can not be a romantic one. There are many other communities available for romance :)

10iloveyou is a themed writing challenge community similar to all those other themed writing challenge communities.

What's so special? The difference is that you'll be writing ten stories about LOVE. There are tables of ten prompts each. Though most of the prompt tables are themed, you don't necessarily have to write to those themes. There are no time limits or deadlines and there's no waitlisting: more than one person can claim the same thing.

However, there are no RPF, RPS and NC-17 stories allowed. In case you would like to use these themes or in case you are not interested in "censorship" I suggest going there: fc_smorgasbord. :o)
