Main Characters

Elizabeth Wakefield

Witnessed the death of her mother, Alice Wakefield, with her own eyes. Survived the earthquake by a thread, having sheltered under a table. Believes that her sister Jessica is dead, though the two are living in the same community. Is consumed by her self-imposed guilt and sorrow. Rarely ventures outside of her townhouse. Occassionally is visited by her brother and his family, and other well meaning friends.

Steven Wakefield

Was living out in Boston with his wife, Billie, when the earthquake hit. A successful lawyer for a prominent Boston law firm, he's on the fast track to making junior partner within the next few years. Is determined to be a better father than his was, even though Ned was never found in the aftermath. He has a two year old daughter, Lexi, and wants to have at least two more, though not identical twins. Lives in a house in the community, far away from Elizabeth.

Billie Wakefield

Having grown up in West Roxbury, she had been less than thrilled to learn that two of the top selling Realtors in the neighbourhood were developing a plot of land to be known as Sweet Valley Heights. However, after the earthquake, she and Steven moved there to raise their family, and to keep a watchful eye on Elizabeth. She realises that the transplants have an interesting view of her hometown, but has wisely kept her mouth shut. She's a stay at home mother, who thinks she might be pregnant again.

Enid "Alexandra" Rollins

Survived the earthquake, while escorting a scared Theta pledge around the campus of SVU. Lives in Elizabeth's townhouse as her caretaker, knowing how emotionally scarred she'd been by the events of that May afternoon. Gets paid via Alice and Ned's estate, simply because she can devote the energy and time towards her that no one else can. Spends a fair amount of time each day attempting to convince Elizabeth that the landlord's son isn't Todd Wilkins.

Sweet Valley Heights... My Version

Located in a gated community in Massachusetts, Sweet Valley Heights, the story takes place among the lives of those who couldn't forget the town that was destroyed in a terrible earthquake the year the twins finished university. Beloved people and animals perished, yet their spirits live on. Prince Albert often visits the remaining members of the family he once loved in their dreams, and Nina, Roger, and the others gone too soon are always in the survivors minds. Though they've moved across the country, their memories cannot be erased.

UNOFFICAL SWEET VALLEY BIBLE

In the beginning there was nothing.

The Sweet Valley Universe started with a bang.

On the first day I Created My version of utopia known as Sweet Valley. Everything was perfect there.

On the second day I Created 'light' in the form of the Wakefield family. (It was a Creative way to rid Heaven of Lucifer.) All was good.

On the third day I Created the friends and significant others of the Wakefields. All continued to be good.

On the fourth day I created Sweet Valley High and Sweet Valley University so My Creations could have an education. At that moment, all was good.

On the fifth day, I gathered my 'apostles' and handed them copies of My Work. All was good.

On the sixth day, I pressed the improbability button. If any of My 'apostles' made an error, all would be good.

On the seventh day I rested, and I will rest forevermore. All will be good.

All is good, right?
